Moss Wood Cabernet Sauvignon 2003

This wine has been in the wine fridge for almost 3 years. Smell of dark chocolate, berries and hint of menthol. Very smooth wine with taste of chocolate and berries. The wine evolved over the 2 hours family gathering. In my last glass, I tasted sweet fruit core. Very interesting wine. Went well with honey baked ham, roasted Kurabuta Pork Loin and Pork Ribs. In fact it compliments the chocolate cake too. May be need to decant it for an hour the next time I drink again or age it like a Latour.
