Woodstock - The Stork 2004

Today I opened a bottle of Woodstock - The Stork 2004. It has been 2 years since I last have this wine. Hmm.. on the nose it has lot of spice, complex nose of berries etc. The palette was good. Very good taste of cedar oak, berries and plum. The aftertaste is long. Taste of plum and long cedar wood with hint of vanilin. Very good indeed. Unfortunately my stock is diminishing fast ....
